The cell functions as a support system to empower students belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), Minority Communities, and economically weaker sections of society. • To provide mentorship, guidance, and counseling to ensure their academic and personal growth.
• To facilitate access to government and institutional scholarships, grants, and financial aid.
• To organize skill development programs, workshops, and career counseling sessions for enhancing employability.
• To promote awareness regarding various welfare schemes and initiatives by the government and other organizations.
• To create a supportive campus environment that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion.
